Arizona Housing Development Corporation

Houses

The Arizona Housing Development Corporation (AHDC) is the non-profit 501(c)(3) affiliate of the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma. It exists to extend HACY's reach into affordable housing development, resident services, and community programs that a public housing authority cannot pursue on its own.

HACY is an independent, public, non-profit housing agency. It has a blended component unit relationship with AHDC. That structure allows the two organizations to coordinate resources and programs while maintaining separate governance and accountability.

AHDC has a separate Board of Directors comprised of not less than five or more than nine members.
