Resident Online Portal

The HACY resident portal lets you manage your tenancy online. Through the portal you can make payments, submit work orders, and access other resident services from any device.

To register, contact your property manager for your registration code. You will need a valid email address to create your account.

Your registration code is unique to your tenancy. To receive it, contact your property manager directly:

 

Maintenance and Repair Requests

HACY is responsible for maintaining your unit and common areas in safe, decent, and sanitary condition. If something in your home needs repair, report it promptly so we can address it.

How to Submit a Maintenance Request

  1. Online portal. Log in to the resident portal and submit a work order at any time.
  2. By phone. Call the HACY office at (928) 782-3823 during business hours and speak with your property manager.
  3. In person. Visit the office at 420 S. Madison Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364.

When reporting a repair, be ready to describe the problem clearly and provide the best time for maintenance staff to access your unit. A responsible adult must be present when maintenance enters your home.

Emergency Maintenance

For emergencies such as a gas leak, flood, or electrical hazard, call the HACY office immediately at (928) 782-3823. If there is immediate danger to life or property, call 911 first.

 

Resident Rights and Responsibilities

Living in RAD housing comes with both protections and obligations. Understanding both helps you maintain your housing and your good standing with HACY.

Your Rights as a Resident
  • Right to safe, decent, and sanitary housing
  • Right to privacy in your unit
  • Right to a formal grievance process if you disagree with a HACY decision
  • Right to be free from discrimination
  • Right to receive reasonable accommodations if you have a disability
  • Right to advance notice before lease termination (except in cases of serious lease violation)
Your Responsibilities as a Resident
  • Pay rent on time each month
  • Keep your unit clean and free from damage
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Notify HACY of any changes in household composition or income
  • Follow all community rules and lease terms
  • Keep your contact information current with your property manager

 

Update Your Household Information

It is your responsibility to notify HACY promptly when any of the following changes occur. Failure to report changes can affect your housing assistance and may result in lease violations.

  • Change of mailing address or phone number
  • Addition or removal of household members
  • Change in household income or employment
  • Change in employment status

To report changes, contact your property manager directly or visit the HACY office.
