Community Services
HACY offers programs and referrals to help residents access community resources, support services, and assistance programs.
Welcome home. This page is your go-to resource as a current RAD resident at the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma. Find your property manager contacts, submit maintenance requests, review your rights and responsibilities, and connect with community services.
If you have a question that is not answered here, your property managers are always your first point of contact. They are here to help.
The HACY resident portal lets you manage your tenancy online. Through the portal you can make payments, submit work orders, and access other resident services from any device.
To register, contact your property manager for your registration code. You will need a valid email address to create your account.
Your registration code is unique to your tenancy. To receive it, contact your property manager directly:
HACY is responsible for maintaining your unit and common areas in safe, decent, and sanitary condition. If something in your home needs repair, report it promptly so we can address it.
When reporting a repair, be ready to describe the problem clearly and provide the best time for maintenance staff to access your unit. A responsible adult must be present when maintenance enters your home.
For emergencies such as a gas leak, flood, or electrical hazard, call the HACY office immediately at (928) 782-3823. If there is immediate danger to life or property, call 911 first.
Living in RAD housing comes with both protections and obligations. Understanding both helps you maintain your housing and your good standing with HACY.
It is your responsibility to notify HACY promptly when any of the following changes occur. Failure to report changes can affect your housing assistance and may result in lease violations.
