Trail Estates Flyer

Trail Estates is part of HACY's commitment to expanding supportive housing for individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness (SMI). The goal is to promote and sustain consumer recovery by providing decent, safe, and affordable housing opportunities. HACY currently administers three homes under this subsidy.

About The Program

Trail Estates operates as a Section 8 Project-Based Voucher program. The voucher is tied specifically to units serving households with serious mental illness needs. Referrals are required from a behavioral health provider. Individuals cannot self-refer into the program.

This program is administered through HACY's Property Management division and is part of a broader initiative to serve Yuma residents who need both stable housing and ongoing behavioral health support.
