Casa Sierra Vista is a safe, affordable housing community for elderly residents in Yuma, Arizona. Comfortable apartments set within carefully maintained grounds create a home-like atmosphere built around security, fellowship, and community.
Our residents enjoy a welcoming, friendly environment just minutes from local churches, restaurants, and shopping. Casa Sierra Vista operates under the HUD Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, and provides an equal housing opportunity to all persons who are at least 62 years of age, handicapped and/or disabled, who qualify under federal income limits.

All applicants must complete a written application. Once received, your name will be placed on our waiting list. The list is closely regulated, and you will be contacted when your name reaches the top.
It is important that you update your application any time there is a change in your mailing address, phone number, or family composition. Many applicants are removed from the list because mailed correspondence was undeliverable.
Applications are entered into the waiting list on the day they are received. A confirmation letter will be mailed to the address listed on your application.
Please note: Faxed and emailed applications will not be accepted. A written, physical application is required.

Casa Sierra Vista is pet friendly. A pet deposit of $100 is required. A pet policy is in place and some restrictions apply. Contact our office for details.
