The Procurement Department is responsible for acquiring goods and services on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma. It is dedicated to conserving public funds and conducting its procurement process in a fair, open, honest, and competitive manner.
HACY's Procurement Department manages the acquisition process in a compliant and efficient manner. We cultivate and maintain good vendor relations, and every procurement action is conducted with full transparency and accountability to the public we serve.

HACY is a member of US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, a cooperative purchasing program that allows public agencies to access competitively solicited contracts from lead public agencies across the country. Membership allows HACY to leverage established contracts for common goods and services.
