Donation Requests

The Cocopah Indian Tribe has a long-standing commitment of helping agencies, organizations and individuals around the community. Organizations can request a donation or sponsorship by email or by mail.

How to Submit a Request

By Email

Send your request electronically to:

Requirements

Deadline

Your request must be sent at least 45 days before your event. Mailed requests must be postmarked no later than 30 days before your event.

In your letter, include your organization's:

Name
Phone number
Email address
Mailing address

Failure to provide complete contact information may delay or disqualify your donation request.

What Happens Next

1. Monthly Review

Requests are reviewed once a month.

2. Tribal Council Announcement

Decisions are announced during Tribal Council meetings, held the second Friday of each month.

3. Phone Call if Approved

If your request is approved, you will receive a phone call notifying you.
